The charity, Education For All, was founded in 2022 by Munirr Kanu and a group of like-minded Sierra Leoneans, Robert Kargbo, Alusine Dabor and Abubakarr Sankoh, to unlock the potential of disadvantaged children and young people in Sierra Leone.

This charity organization seeks to make education available to disadvantaged children and young people in Sierra Leone.
By improving the quality of education provided to Sierra Leonean children at the primary and middle school levels, Education For All creates a strong foundation for future learning and success. Children will learn cooperatively through our innovative techniques of stimulating materials and enrichment activities. We will also make education a community effort by engaging parents, teachers, local volunteers and government to ensure that every child is not only in school but actually learning.

Introduction Our Campus
Education For All
is a charity organization dedicated to change the lives of children and young people in Sierra Leone by focusing on basic education in the belief that education is a critical component for socio-economic change. In keeping with this focus, our volunteers are involved with and support projects that are essential and have an education-related component to them.
Our Vision
We will be hosting and facilitating an Education For All Strategic Development Workshop which will be attended by the Education For All Executive, Directors, Trustees and several project stakeholders, international stakeholders, Education For All donors and supporters. The Education For All Board of Trustees will approve the strategies and vision that will come out of this workshop, and we will continue to work towards meeting our set goals and objectives of “Making real change Happen” by providing “Poverty alleviation through Education”, while applying them to new trends and developments in our sphere of work.
Two of our key strategies are:
- To increase the capacity and skills levels of the existing Education For All structures in order to fill certain gaps and create the capacity to meet the needs of the expanding organisation.
- To develop a Social Franchising model to enable Education For All to effectively expand its reach in the entire country. Education For All has a number of projects which are suited for this kind of development, and we will be guided by the Ministry of Education and its stakeholders to structure and formulate an effective model.
Our immediate focus is to continue our path of a high quality standard of project delivery accompanied by good governance in all our projects.

We aim to achieve behavioral, social and economic transformation for all children and young people towards a Sierra Leone where all people have equal opportunities to access quality education.

In 2025, Education For All turned 03. A landmark moment for our small education charity. The story of how we became this organisation with an impact is an important one, and involves some of the most dramatic global events of the last three years set against a changing charity landscape.
